High Frequency PCB

Electronic devices with high frequency is the developing tendency nowadays, especially in wireless network. Satellite communication growing rapidly, information products move towards high speed and high frequency. Thus developing new products always need to use high frequency substrate, satellite system, mobile telephone receiving base station and so on, these communication products must use high frequency PCB.

A high-frequency PCB can meet your needs when incorporating a special signal requirement into your electronic components and products. It offers a frequency range of 500MHz - 2GHz, making it ideally suited for high-speed designs, as well as radio frequency (RF), microwave and mobile applications. These higher transmission frequencies can also provide the faster signal flow rates that are a necessity in today's increasingly complex electronic switches and other components.

For many applications, it is sufficient to use FR4 material with an appropriate layer buildup. we use (among others) Rogers or PTFE materials for impedance controlled high frequency circuit boards. (RO4003C, RO4350B, RO3003, RO3010, RT5880 ) these have a very low loss factor, a low dielectric constant, and are primarily temperature and frequency independent.

Additional favourable properties are high glass transition temperature, an excellent thermal durability, and very low hydrophilic rate.
